This Privacy Policy discloses the information SEMA Fest, Inc. (“SEMA Fest”), a Section 501(c)(4) tax-exempt corporation, may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit the website, or otherwise provide to SEMA Fest through contests, promotions, and transactions, and our practices for using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

•Process and respond to inquiries and for the purposes for which you provided the information, such as processing your request for information, processing your purchase of tickets, sending you requested publications, process your contest or promotion entry, and other information we believe may be of interest to you;

•Process and forward your membership request to the Specialty Equipment Market Association & Performance Racing, Inc. (“SEMA”).

SEMA Fest may also disclose your information to our subsidiaries or affiliates.

SEMA Fest may also disclose your information to the extent required by law, or if we have a good faith belief that we need to disclose it in order to comply with official investigations or legal proceedings (whether initiated by governmental/law enforcement officials, or private parties). If we have to disclose your information to governmental/law enforcement officials, we may not be able to ensure that those officials will maintain the privacy and security of your information.
