SEMA Fest will be held at the Las Vegas Festival Grounds, an outdoor venue located along the famed Vegas Strip on the southwest corner of Sahara Ave. and Las Vegas Blvd. that is within walking distance of Circus Circus, Resorts World, and the West Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center.

SEMA Fest takes place 12:00 PM - 12:00 AM, Friday - Saturday, November 3rd - 4th, 2023.

SEMA Fest is open to everyone; While the SEMA Show (October 31-November 3 at the Las Vegas Convention Center) remains open only to the trade, SEMA Fest is where the general public can experience the excitement of the week, get a glimpse of the newest trends and connect with some of the hottest brands and names in the industry.

We have lined up a star-studded roster of musical; talent, featuring performances by Imagine Dragons, Incubus, Wiz Khalifa, AJR, Third Eye Blind, Bush, Walk the Moon and MUCH more....The festival will also feature the hottest automotive brands and a full slate of immersive automotive lifestyle events, a consumer marketplace, world class drifting, motorsports competitions and freestyle motocross. Daily schedules for Friday, November 3 and Saturday, November 4 are coming soon!

Yes, SEMA Fest will be open to all ages. All SEMA Fest attendees must have a ticket. All those who purchase the SEMA Show Friday and Festival Experience MUST be at least 16 years of age on November 3.

Yes we will have a limited number lockers that can be rented. The following items will not be accepted or allowed to enter SEMA Fest.

The Following Items Are PROHIBITED:

  • Aerosol containers, including sunscreen and personal beauty products. NOTE: Sunscreen in non-aerosol containers is allowed in the size of 3.4 ounces or less
  • Coolers of any kind. (Exceptions may be made for medical use)
  • Any and all professional audio recording equipment
  • Professional cameras and professional recording (photo, video, audio) equipment (NO large professional detachable zoom lenses, stands, monopods, tripods, attachment sticks (selfie sticks) or other commercial equipment.
  • Any and all professional video equipment. No video recording will be allowed
  • Drones or any other remote flying device
  • Hammocks
  • Glass containers of any kind
  • Illegal and Illicit substances of any kind
  • Outside food or beverage (including alcohol) of any kind

Yes, the annual parade of the most amazing builds on the planet will continue to close out the SEMA Show, starting at 4 pm Friday, November 3.

SEMA Ignited has evolved into a bigger and more exciting two-day event now known as SEMA Fest. The new SEMA Fest will give consumers a chance to participate in an automotive and music event like none other!

Our goal is to make SEMA Fest a wonderful experience for all in attendance. Details of ADA accommodations will be posted at www.semafest.com. For additional questions contact info@semafest.com.

The safety of all festival attendees is our main priority. By purchase of your SEMA Fest ticket, you agree to submit to a full body pat-down and magnetometer screening as well as search of any and all bags entering the event. Security personnel of your gender will be made available for any full body pat-down upon request. Specific questions regarding security, medical and safety concerns may be addressed to info@semafest.com.

Discreetly contact a Security Guard and/or staff member upon entry. They are trained and prepared to help you with an alternative screening method.

Security mandates that all guests are screened prior to entry. Although most gates facilitate strollers and wheelchairs going through screening, fans with strollers or wheelchairs can also contact Security or staff for assistance.

Firearms or weapons of any kind are prohibited from the premises of SEMA Fest. The prohibition applies to interior and exterior areas of the SEMA Fest event location.

SEMA Fest will take place at the Las Vegas Festival Grounds, an outdoor venue. Food and beverages will be available for sale at the event. Bottles and cans will not be allowed in. But, show management recommends the use of sun block, lip balm, and if for any reason you feel the effects of weather conditions please alert security or SEMA Fest staff for medical assistance.

The use of the above items are NOT allowed on the Las Vegas Festival Grounds property, this includes the surrounding lots entering the Festival Grounds. This includes all non-ADA-approved mobility devices. These devices are subject to removal from SEMA Fest.

Yes, the ticket platform for SEMA Fest also has a "Display My Vehicle" option. All vehicles entered will be placed on a wait list till the vehicle is reviewed and approved. Upon approval your credit card will be charged for the vehicle entry and the admission ticket for one (1) person.

  • Approved vehicle owners will be advised by September 22, 2023 when their vehicle will need to arrive for check-in on either Wednesday, November 1 or Thursday, November 2 for placement at SEMA Fest.
  • Vehicles may NOT be moved once placed till after SEMA Fest has ended night of Saturday, November 3 at 12:00 AM
    • SEMA Fest Management will provide a schedule when vehicles may depart Festival Grounds after event Saturday night or Sunday morning, November 5
  • Vehicles that arrive late for check-in will not be placed.
  • No refunds will be issued to vehicles that arrive late or cancel

There will be NO parking or vehicle passenger drop off on the Festival Grounds location.

    Nearby drop off and pick up locations for rideshares and taxis will be announced August 2023.
  • Public Transportation to SEMA Fest

SEMA Fest is an accessible event, and we are dedicated to continually improving our efforts to ensure you have access to all the event amenities. The following explains the services provided this year. Please read this informational guide thoroughly before sending an inquiry email.

For any accessibility-related questions not answered in the guide, please email us at accessibility@semafest.com. We welcome and encourage all feedback and suggestions from our patrons with disabilities. We will do our best to assist you and address your accessibility needs.

Wheel Chair Accessibility

The venue is navigable for patrons with mobility disabilities. The event is held on a flat paved surface. There are accessible routes connected throughout the venue including parking, entrances, stages, ADA viewing areas, vendors, and all other activity areas.

We encourage all patrons with mobility disabilities to utilize personal forms of transportation, including wheelchairs and scooters. Patrons are also permitted to bring crutches, walkers, and canes into the event. If you need to recharge your motorized mobility device, you may do so at the Accessibility Services Hub. Patrons should bring all cords and accessories needed to charge their devices. Chargers must use a 110-volt, 20 amp circuit.

We will not be providing wheelchair or scooter rentals.

ADA Entry

There will be an ADA entry lane, located at the main entrance. Patrons with disabilities and up to one companion may use this lane to safely enter the venue. Please visit the Accessibility Services Hub immediately after entering the event to request the ADA accommodations and services you need.

Accessibility Services Hub

Please Note: You must stop here to get your ADA Wristband. This wristband is free of charge and will grant you access to the accessibility services required on account of a disability or injury. There is no ADA pre-registration before the event - this is all done onsite at the event.

The Accessibility Services Hub is conveniently located just past the main entrance once you enter into the festival grounds to the right hand side. The exact location of this hub will be labeled on the event map when it is released. At this location, you can:

  • Request accommodations and services you require.
  • Get your ADA questions answered.
  • Get your ADA Wristband.

Wristband Policies

  • ADA Wristbands are good for the entire duration of the event.
  • DO NOT remove your wristband at any point during the event.
  • Patrons may request a wristband for one companion if needed (exceptions will be made for families with young children).
  • If a disabled guest wants to switch their companion, please bring the old companion wristband to the Accessibility Services Hub to be reissued.

Accessible Viewing Areas

There will be accessible viewing areas made available to ADA patrons at designated stages. For more information on how to gain access to these areas, please visit us at the Accessibility Services Hub.

Accessible Viewing Area Policies

  • Seating is available on a first come, first served basis.
  • Companions may be asked to stand in the back if the viewing area reaches capacity.
  • Guests may not save spots.
  • Blocking the view of the guests sitting behind you is not permitted.
  • Standing is permitted only in the very back row.
  • Patrons and companions may not smoke in these areas.

Service Animals

Service animals are permitted throughout the venue. However, emotional support animals, therapy animals, companion animals, and pets are not permitted into the event. Any animal whose task is to provide protection, emotional support, well-being, comfort, or companionship is not considered a service animal and will not be allowed into the venue. Only service animals that have been individually trained and are under the proper care of their owners will be allowed within the premises.

The following guidelines must be followed:

  • All service animals must be verified by the ADA Coordinator or Manager before entering the event venue.
  • Once verified, service animal handlers are required to fill out a Service Animal Agreement before proceeding into the event grounds. Once signed, service animals will receive a service animal wristband or tag to indicate verification.
  • Service animals must remain by the handler's side at all times and must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered. If these devices interfere with the service animal's work or if the handler's disability prevents the use of these devices, the handler must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal, or other effective controls.
  • Service animals must be housebroken and should use the service animal relief area.
  • Anyone bringing an animal will be responsible for and liable for any damage or injury caused by the animal.
  • All service animals should have legally required vaccinations. The ADA Coordinator or Manager may ask for proof of vaccination during the verification process.

Effective Communication Requests

We accept requests for any of the following services:

  • ASL Interpretation
  • Other forms of Effective Communication

Requests for these services must be submitted to us at least 30 days prior to the event to allow for sufficient preparation. The deadline for this event is October 5th, 2023. To submit a request, please fill out the Effective Communication Request Form.

Additional Services

  • First Aid: We have several First Aid locations throughout the venue, noted on the event map and mobile app, if available. Professional medical staff can provide assistance to your medical needs at these locations.
  • Special Dietary Needs: The event will have food vendors that provide gluten-free dietary options. For those with special dietary needs beyond what will be offered at the event, please contact us at accessibility@semafest.com for further assistance.
  • Prescription Medications: All prescription medications must be in the original manufacturer container with your name on it, which matches your government-issued photo ID. Please only bring a sufficient amount of medication for the duration of the event. Your medications must be cleared by the medical team at the event entrance.
  • Other Services: If you would like to request large format print/braille literature, guided tours for guests with visual disabilities, assistive listening devices, or any other accommodation not listed, please reach out to us at accessibility@semafest.com at least 30 days prior to the event. If you require assistance on account of pregnancy, nursing, or breast milk pumping, please reach out to the information team at info@semafest.com.

SEMA Fest will consider requests by patrons with disabilities for reasonable modification of event policies, practices or procedures, or for auxiliary aids and services that will permit the patron equal enjoyment of the goods and services offered at the event.   • Clear bags made of clear plastic, clear vinyl, or clear pvc which do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12"
  • Small clutch purses, fanny packs with no more than 1 pocket. Clutch purses no larger than 6" x 9"
  • Empty reusable water bottles and hydration packs, and plastic or aluminum water bottles

  • Blankets, Sheets, Towels
  • Cameras (basic point and shoot consumer-grade cameras) without detachable lenses and other accessories (monopods, selfie sticks, tripods, GoPro mounts, and other attachments are not allowed)
  • Small, cardboard portable pinhole projectors
  • Personal sized hand sanitizer
  • Sunscreen in non-aerosol containers is allowed in the size of 3.4 ounces or less
  • Factory sealed Naloxone/Narcan kit Prescription Medicine Requirements:
  • Anyone needing prescription medicine at the festival must present the pharmacy-labeled container which states the prescription, dosage, and patient name to our medical staff at each entrance gate. Patrons are only allowed a sufficient supply of the prescribed medication for that day.
  • Medicines needing to be inhaled or smoked are prohibited unless in a prescribed inhaler.
  • Over the counter medications are allowed in a sufficient supply for the day. Bottle contents will be verified by medical personnel at the entry gates.

  • Any bags that are NOT CLEAR bags made up of clear plastic, vinyl, or pvc, and are larger than 12" x 6" x 12". Any Small clutch purses and fanny packs with more than 1 pocket. Clutch purses that are larger than 6" x 9" (See Full Bag Policy Below)

FULL BAG POLICY:

  • ALL bags will be searched before entry.
  • Small clutch purses and fanny packs that are 6" x 9" or smaller do not need to be clear, but can have no more than one pocket.
  • All other bags larger than 6" x 9" must be smaller than 12" x 6" x 12" and clear.
  • Hydration packs are allowed and do not need to be clear, but must be emptied of all liquid and have no more than two pockets in addition to the one holding the water reservoir.
